Credit Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a DCM Assistant Manager to lead credit analysis and support the structuring of debt instruments, such as sukuk and bonds, for our corporate clients. The role combines rigorous credit assessment with transaction structuring and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and investment evaluation for corporate clients and debt capital market transactions.

• Support the financial structuring of debt instruments, including sukuk, bonds and other financing solutions.

• Assess financial statements, cash flows, leverage, liquidity and overall creditworthiness.

• Identify and evaluate credit risks, and propose mitigating factors and structural protections.

• Prepare credit and investment evaluation reports with clear recommendations for management and committee decisions.

• Review financial and non-financial information to support credit, structuring and investment decisions.

• Monitor existing exposures, issuer financial performance and covenant compliance.

• Conduct industry and market analysis relevant to credit assessment and transaction structuring.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financial structuring or investment evaluation.

• Strong experience in corporate credit analysis.

• Completion of a credit course is mandatory.

• Solid understanding of financial statements, credit risk assessment and debt structuring.

• Excellent financial analysis, modeling and analytical skills.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

• Experience in banking, debt capital markets, financial services, fintech or investment is preferred.
