Trustpilot SEO & Reputation Management Specialist (iGaming)

We are looking for a Trustpilot SEO & Reputation Management Specialist to join our partner teams and take responsibility for developing Trustpilot profiles of international iGaming brands. You will work on improving their visibility in Google, optimizing profiles, organizing the collection of genuine customer reviews, and systematically managing online reputation across different GEOs.

This role does not involve buying, generating, or mass-posting fake reviews.

What you will do: 

• Conduct SERP analysis for brand, brand reviews and other relevant keyword clusters.
• Create, verify, and optimize Trustpilot Business profiles.
• Work with names, descriptions, categories, contact details, images, promotional blocks, and other available profile elements.
• Prepare SEO structure and content for expanded Trustpilot profiles.
• Localize profiles and communication for different countries and languages.
• Develop a strategy for promoting Trustpilot pages in Google.
• Plan safe off-page optimization: links, brand mentions, anchors, and additional entry points.
• Work with multiple domains, mirrors, duplicates, and profiles of the same brand.
• Set up unbiased collection of genuine reviews through Trustpilot AFS, API, CRM, or other permitted integrations.
• Monitor review dynamics, TrustScore, and complaint topics.
• Prepare professional responses to positive and negative reviews.
• Forward product, payment, KYC, and responsible complaints to the relevant teams.
• Identify reviews that violate Trustpilot rules and submit justified complaints without abusing the system.
• Track indexing, rankings, UTM-link traffic, profile activity, and reputation risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with conclusions and next steps.

What we expect from you: 

• 2+ years of practical experience in SEO or Online Reputation Management.
• Real-world cases of working with Trustpilot Business.
• Experience promoting Trustpilot pages in Google.
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, brand SERP, and international SEO.
• Knowledge of Trustpilot rules regarding invitations, moderation, appeals, and fake reviews.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools, rank trackers, GA4, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to work with Trustpilot Business data and review analytics.
• English - B1+, including written communication.
• Attention to legal, licensing, and GEO restrictions in the iGaming niche.
• Experience working with iGaming products will be a significant advantage.

KPI

• Share of target branded queries for which the Trustpilot profile ranks in the Google top 10 and top 5.
• Indexing and profile stability in priority GEOs.
• Organic traffic to the profile and traffic from Trustpilot to the brand website.
• Dynamics of genuine reviews without sharp, unnatural spikes.
• Share of negative reviews that received a meaningful response.
• Quality of monthly conclusions and implementation of planned SEO iterations.
