Contracts Manager

The Opportunity:

As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.

On our team, you’ll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning capture stages through proposal and execution, and into closeout. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.

As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, white paper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policycompliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance. Additionally, you'll support complex contract activities and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experiencewith contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. government clients

• Experiencewith multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursable

• Experiencenegotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners

• Experiencewith Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI)terms and mitigation plans

• Experiencereviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policiesand procedures

• Ability tosupport complex contract activities that require the development of creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives

• Ability toestablish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experiencewith Department of War and Intelligence Community clients

• Ability tomanage a robust contract portfolio of various sizes, scopes, and complexity

• Possession ofexcellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession ofexcellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risks

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• NCMA Professional Certification
