Operations Support Specialist

The Opportunity:

Provide foundational operational support across team engagement, communications, logistics, and budgetcoordination. Responsibilities include managing team engagement and integrated operational excellence, including maintaining team calendar, supporting budgettracking, coordinating documentation, SharePoint, and records management, and enabling smooth day-to-day workflow across the Leadership, Talent and Performance team. Coordinate team meetings, events, and engagement touchpoints. Maintain team engagement calendars and shared resources. Support execution of culture-building and team-connection activities. Track team budgets and spend. Support monthly and quarterly budgetsummaries. Coordinate with Finance partners and team leads to ensure effective budgetmanagement. Draft internal updates, meeting notes, and reminders. Support leadership communication materials. Maintain Teams and SharePoint documentation repositories. Manage tracking of team deliverables and follow-ups. Support onboarding setup and coordination. Manage the team work activity calendar. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You have:

• Experiencecoordinating logistics, scheduling, or operations tasks.
• Experiencewith using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Copilot, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Ability toproactively manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability towork collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree
