Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency with U.S. government customers. As a change management professional, you’ll use critical thinking skills, change management experience, and project management skills to help government customers solve pressing organizational challenges.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experiencein project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis
• Ability tosolve complex problems using critical thinking
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experienceusing Tableau
• Experiencedrafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning
• Experienceworking with executives
• Possession ofexcellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project or Change Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Clearance:
