The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to leverage your software engineering expertise in a high impact role? We’re rapidly building and launch capability for enterprise-web based systems in the cybersecurity field. We need a Test Automation Software Engineer to transform the way we execute quality assurance.
You’ll be responsible for understanding system functionality and test cases in-depth to design, implement, and advance software test automation capability. You’ll analyze existing test automation software against the latest industry advancements in technology to design and recommend new solutions. You’ll determine test cases and rapidly implement software to improve automated coverage as a software engineer in testing. You’ll operationalize automation across a team of developers, manual testers, and automated testers.

You Have:
2+ years of experiencewith test frameworks, including Selenium or Playwright, and test automation in CI/CD, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions
2+ years of experiencefielding production systems on web application development teams
2+ years of experiencewith programming, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or .NET
2+ years of experiencewith Agile development tools, including Git, Jira, or Wikis
Experiencewith software engineering and quality assurance of complex web applications
Experiencewith web-based user interfaces, REST APIs, and databases
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experiencewith SQL, Windows Server, IIS, Containers, and Linux
Experiencewith DevSecOps and GitOps
Experiencewith security tools, including GitHub CodeQL or Static Code Analysis
Knowledge ofcomplex web-based application functions, modules, integrations, or data
Ability tolearn new languages and technologies, design technical solutions, make recommendations, and collaborate with testing and development teams
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
