As a facilities professional, you understand that reliable data, structured documentation, and careful coordination play an essential role in utilities planning. We need a motivated facilities specialist who is eager to apply foundational analytical skills and facility management knowledge to support utilities planning efforts for the Marine Corps.
On our team, you’ll assist with documenting utilities system conditions, entering field data, and validating utility-relatedinformation needed for planning reviews. You’ll support utilities planning activities by helping coordinate with Public Works and engineering teams, identifying basic discrepancies, and providing organized inputs that contribute to installation utilities planning.
With mentoring, exposure to utilities planning processes, and opportunities to build new skills, you’ll play an important role in supporting planning efforts that strengthen mission-critical utilities infrastructure.

You Have:
Experienceassisting with data entry, field condition documentation, or validation of planning inputs
Knowledge ofbasic facilities or utility system concepts, facility lifecycle workflows, or installation operations
Ability tocoordinate with stakeholders to support basic documentation, scoping, or utilities planning requirements
Ability touse facilities management tools such as Excel dashboards or SharePoint documentation systems
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience supporting facilities management, utilities coordination, installation operations, or infrastructure documentation, or Master’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experiencesupporting MCICOM, MCIPAC, NAVFAC, or DoD utilities or facilities organizations
Experienceconducting field observations, basic utilities assessments, or supporting planning documentation
Experiencesupporting data analysis, dashboard inputs, or planning-relatedworkflow improvements
Knowledge ofutility system components, condition assessments, or installation utilities planning processes
Bachelor’s degreein Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relatedfield preferred;Master’s degreein Engineering, Facilities Management, or a relatedfield a plus
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
