Full Stack Software Engineer

An early-career engineering seat on a product team. You will work across the stack rather than in one corner of it, on problems that are genuinely hard, and you will have a say in the technical decisions. The bar here is on fundamentals: how you think about a problem matters more than the number of years behind you.

What you'll do

• Work on hard problems, every day
• Write well-architected, robust code
• Work with the other engineers to keep the codebase scalable, maintainable and easy to read
• Learn where taking on technical debt is worth it and where it is not
• Take a complex problem, break it into smaller ones, and solve each on its own
• Contribute to technical decisions and to real product features

What we're looking for

• 0 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on .NET and C#
• Real depth in data structures and algorithms, which matters more here than anything else on this list
• The ability to steer agentic AI to a near-deterministic result through good prompt engineering
• Clear communication, and comfort in an unstructured startup environment

Nice to have

TypeScript, SQL, React or Express.

Engineers with a serious work ethic, who get something out of checking things off and seeing a result. Curious, resourceful and able to teach themselves. Comfortable being scrappy and working something out even when it is the first time they have seen it.
