Brompton Baltics is the Latvian website for Brompton, the British maker of compact folding bicycles. It presents Brompton bikes as quick, light and comfortable folding bicycles that fit into everyday city life for riders in the Baltic region. The company operates in Latvia, while Brompton bicycles are built in West London.

About Brompton

At Brompton, we believe in changing the way people move through cities. Our iconic folding bike is designed, engineered, and built in London - and ridden across the world. With a retail presence in nearly 50 countries, Brompton is more than a bike: it’s a global movement.

As we scale our brand worldwide, a Retail Marketing Executive will ensure a consistent, compelling, and cohesive expression of the Brompton brand and its new Life Unfolded positioning at every retail touchpoint.

The role

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to execute Brompton's retail marketing strategy. This role will help drive Brompton to a best-in-class appearance across our global retail footprint and deliver a premium product positioning in store.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful retail marketing campaigns across our owned retail, franchise, and dealer network, ensuring a consistent and premium Brompton brand experience in every physical retail environment. You will produce and deploy in-store campaign assets, point-of-sale materials, activation toolkits, and support the successful delivery of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail events.

Working closely with Visual Merchandising, Regional Retail Managers, and external suppliers, you will coordinate the production, localization, and distribution of retail marketing materials across our global partner network. You will also support new store and partner openings, helping to create engaging in-store experiences that drive sell-through, strengthen our Partner Programme, and deliver a seamless omnichannel brand experience for consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and roll out in-store campaign assets, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and retail activation toolkits across owned retail, franchise, and dealer channels.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to translate VM-in-a-Box concepts and seasonal window campaigns into scalable, deployable partner packs.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of physical retail activations, events, and seasonal campaigns across the global retail network.
  • Manage the print, production, and fulfilment of retail marketing assets, ensuring timely distribution to regional teams and retail partners.
  • Support new store and partner openings by delivering launch-ready retail marketing materials and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with Regional Retail Managers and retail trainers to localise central offline marketing assets while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with key retail partners to support the implementation of best-in-class in-store branding and create engaging customer journeys that drive sales.
  • Own and maintain Brompton's Visual Merchandising Guidelines, working closely with the Digital Retail Marketing Executive to ensure a consistent brand experience across all owned retail, franchise, and partner locations.

What Success Looks Like

  • A premium, consistent Brompton brand experience delivered across all owned retail, franchise, and dealer locations.
  • High adoption and effective execution of POS materials, retail campaigns, and activation toolkits across the partner network.
  • Retail activations and seasonal campaigns that drive measurable increases in footfall, customer engagement, and sell-through.
  • On-time production and delivery of retail marketing assets, ensuring successful execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and store openings.
  • Strong collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Regional Retail Managers, and retail partners, resulting in high-quality in-store execution and brand consistency.
  • Well-maintained Visual Merchandising guidelines and retail marketing resources that enable partners to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Strong adoption of Brompton's visual merchandising standards across owned retail, franchise, and dealer partners, delivering a consistent premium brand experience.
  • High-quality retail execution through effective partner relationships, resulting in engaging customer journeys that support increased footfall, conversion, and sell-through.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Previous experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or a similar role, ideally within a premium, lifestyle, or franchise retail environment.
  • Proven experience delivering in-store marketing campaigns, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, print production, retail activations, and campaign rollouts.
  • A strong eye for detail with a passion for creating premium retail environments and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against seasonal deadlines.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with internal teams, regional stakeholders, external suppliers, and retail partners to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global retail network.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive projects through to completion.
  • An interest in cycling, premium consumer products, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous.
