Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme sowie der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden
- Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern, Netzwerken, Firewalls und Cloud-Umgebungen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
- Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Backups und Datenschutz
- Anwender-Support (1st- und 2nd-Level) sowie Schulung von Endanwendern
- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Netzwerk, Cloud und Security
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT (z. B. Fachinformatiker, Informatikkaufmann, IT-Systemelektroniker o. Ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Auch motivierte Umsteiger und Quereinsteiger mit nachweisbarem technischem Verständnis und
- Lernbereitschaft sind herzlich willkommen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft- und idealerweise auch Linux-Systemen (oder Bereitschaft, sich schnell einzuarbeiten)
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerken (LAN, WLAN, VPN), Firewalls und IT-Security-Lösungen von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V) und Cloud-Diensten (Microsoft 365, Azure, o.Ä.) wünschenswert
- Serviceorientiertes Auftreten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
