岗位职责
1. 负责系统日常需求的设计和开发。
2.优化现有系统，对现有系统流程、系统响应速度、内存使用等方面做优化，提升系统的稳定性和用户体验;
1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/软件工程/人工智能等相关专业优先；
2、熟悉一门后端语言（Go/Python/C++/Java都行），数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络基础扎实；
3、对LLM/Agent/AIGC有真实的好奇心和动手经验，例如：
1）用过LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、Dify任一框架；
2）写过RAG、Function Calling，或开发过MCP Server/Client；
3）对接过主流大模型API完成个人项目，对效果有独立判断；
4、能将模糊需求拆解为清晰工程方案，代码具备可读性；
5、学习能力强、沟通顺畅、执行力突出，每周出勤至少4天，实习4个月及以上。
