About the team
The team specializes in planning and executing both online and offline campaign initiatives tailored to user behavior. With a strong emphasis on data-driven performance analysis, content innovation (like livestreams and short videos), and collaborative execution, the team plays a key role in boosting platform engagement, efficiency, and e-Commerce brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own seller co-funded subsidy strategy, continuously improving the number of paying users and GMV through subsidy strategies for sellers, products, and user segments
- Understand user segmentation and the needs of different user groups, and define the profiles and classifications of core supply-sellers and products-based on user needs
- Increase seller participation in co-funded subsidy programs, i.e. communicate with sellers and category operations teams through multiple channels, identify the key drivers of seller participation through analysis, and improve sellers’ willingness to participate in and remain in the program
- Develop reasonable subsidy-related data metrics; define appropriate ROI measurement standards within the experimental framework, based on business value
- Own internal team budget management, continuously improve subsidy efficiency, and collaborate with business teams and data science teams to build the subsidy data system
- Collaborate efficiently across departments with product, traffic acquisition, operations, analysts, and other teams to jointly drive project growth
任职要求 / Requirements
Minimum Qualification(s)
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategy/analytics, platform operations, or related fields;
- Strong structured thinking and analytical capabilities; able to break down complex business problems into actionable components and build effective analytical frameworks and models
- Familiar with key analytical methodologies such as attribution analysis, user growth models, and experiment design (e.g., A/B testing)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to clearly articulate insights, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment to deliver results
- Self-driven and intellectually curious
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Deep understanding of the full e-Commerce value chain (users, products, and channels) and underlying business logic
- Proficient in large-scale data analysis, statistical methods, and modeling
- Demonstrates strong curiosity and ownership; able to proactively identify, define, and solve problems in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
