Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions in a complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to core modules and critical components
- Lead complex technical problem solving and root cause analysis
- Support team members in resolving technical blockers
- Timely tracking of progress and manage technical risks and dependencies
- Coordinate with Clients/client-facing teams for issue resolution
- Address security vulnerabilities and audit findings
- Able to drive technical debt reduction and modernization
- Balance technical excellence with business priorities
- Able to mentor other team members as needed.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in developing and managing complex software product
- Excellent working knowledge of C, C++, Win32 programming, MFC libraries.
- Excellent understanding of windows internals such as process management, memory management and file system
- Must have working experience of multi treading & Inter Process Communication
- Comfortable and experienced in using Third party libraries and STL.
- Proficient in debugging and experience in using Windbg and/or any other debugging tools
- Good database skills and have experience of working with MS SQL/Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with .Net technologies
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience in working in Agile environment.
