YOUR ROLE
In this role, you should expect to:
- Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, translating business requirements into functional configurations.
- Manage products, product bundles, price books, discount schedules, product rules, and price rules.
- Configure and maintain quote templates, quote terms, and pricing and quoting processes.
- Participate in SIT/UAT testing phases, supporting defect analysis and resolution.
- Provide Level 2 functional support for incidents and service requests related to CPQ, pricing, and contracting.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams, maintaining functional documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and strong knowledge of its core functionalities.
- Experience working within the Salesforce Lightning Experience environment.
- Proven background supporting both Build & Run delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Additional advantages include Salesforce CPQ Certification, Sales Cloud experience, exposure to global environments, and familiarity with Apex, Flows, integrations, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
