The Role

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role, it sits at the intersection of logistics, finance, legal infrastructure, and executive support, and it directly enables the company's commercial and growth objectives. You will manage a broad and complex portfolio of responsibilities across offices in Tirana, Prishtina, New York, and Milan, coordinating everything from executive travel and client events to business registrations and internal tooling. You'll work closely with the CEO and COO, and you'll be trusted to own workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager support role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international travel logistics across multiple travellers and offices simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience handling confidential information and working directly with C-suite leadership.

• Comfort with ambiguity, equally at home executing a clear brief and figuring out what needs to happen when no one has defined it yet.

• High proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Slack, Apple Business Manager, or similar tools.

• Experience with business registration, compliance processes, or legal infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

• A track record of following through, you close the loop, every time.
