The Data Entry Specialist feeds, verifies, and maintains databases with high accuracy. The role directly impacts the quality of information the entire organization depends on.

We're looking for someone meticulous with good typing speed, the ability to detect inconsistencies, and the capacity to work across multiple systems without sacrificing accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter, update, and verify information in management systems, CRMs, or databases.
• Review source documents to identify errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain organized and accessible records per established standards.
• Support data migration or database cleanup projects as needed.
• Generate basic reports from managed data.
• Meet volume and accuracy targets set by the team.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry, back office, or administrative support.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with high accuracy.
• English level A2-B1.
• Attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
• Basic Excel or spreadsheet proficiency.
