Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator bridges strategy and execution. They oversee processes, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate teams so operations flow without friction.

The ideal profile is methodical with analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate operational processes across departments or work teams.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; generate decision-support reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Manage workflows, task assignments, and commitment follow-up.
• Support the implementation of new projects, tools, or processes.
• Act as point of contact between internal teams and external clients or vendors.
• Keep process documentation, procedures, and operational policies current.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years in operations, coordination, or project roles.
• English level B2-C1.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, management systems, task platforms).
• Analytical mindset and data orientation.
• Organizational, communication, and informal leadership skills.
