Paralegal

ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a paralegal with solid experience in legal support, research, and document drafting to actively assist the firm's attorneys with their caseload.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Paralegal is the technical support of the legal team - researching, drafting, organizing, and managing the documentation attorneys need to represent clients. We want someone with solid legal knowledge, impeccable writing, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with high quality and confidentiality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents: contracts, motions, petitions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and synthesize case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring completeness and order.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, notaries, and external entities on behalf of the firm.
• Track deadlines, hearings, and critical legal calendar dates.
• Support the discovery process: gathering, reviewing, and classifying evidence.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• English C1.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency with legal software (Clio, iManage, LexisNexis, or others).
• Precise legal drafting, research skills, and file management.

WE ALSO VALUE

Paralegal certification (NALA or ABA); experience in civil litigation, immigration, or corporate law.
