Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise B2B Commerce solutions on Salesforce.

The candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture, integrations, data models and customization, along with good exposure to Order Management / Salesforce OMS and end-to-end order lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.

- Lead end-to-end B2B Commerce solution design and implementation.

- Design B2B buyer experiences covering :

1. Product/catalog management

2. Account-specific catalogs and pricing

3. Search and product discovery

4. Cart and checkout

5. Promotions and pricing

6. Account and buyer management

7. Order placement and order history

- Define Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs and integration patterns.

- Architect integrations with ERP/SAP, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, inventory, middleware and other enterprise platforms.

- Work with technical teams on Apex, LWC, APIs and Salesforce extensibility.

- Review solution designs and provide technical leadership to development teams.

- Troubleshoot complex integration and production issues.

- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate commerce requirements into scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.

- Proven experience architecting and implementing end-to-end B2B Commerce solutions.

- Strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge.

- Experience with :

1. B2B Commerce data model

2. Catalogs and products

3. Pricing

4. Buyer/accounts management

5. Cart and checkout

6. Orders

7. Apex / LWC

8. Salesforce APIs and integrations

- Strong experience integrating Salesforce Commerce with enterprise systems such as ERP/SAP, OMS, PIM, inventory and payment platforms.

- Ability to independently own solution architecture and provide technical direction.

OMS Exposure :

The candidate should have good exposure to OMS/order-management concepts, including :

1. Order lifecycle and orchestration

2. Inventory availability

3. Order fulfillment

4. Split/partial fulfillment

5. Cancellations

6. Returns and refunds

7. Integration between B2B Commerce and OMS

- Exposure to Salesforce Order Management is highly desirable.

- Note : Deep hands-on Salesforce OMS architecture is not mandatory for this role. The priority is a strong Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect who understands OMS concepts and B2B Commerce-to-OMS integration.
