Position: Senior Site Engineer – Interior Finishing

Job Summary:
Casa Elite Interiors is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to supervise and manage interior finishing projects, ensuring high-quality execution, proper site coordination, and timely project delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors and technicians, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that all finishing works meet the company's quality standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure proper execution of all interior finishing works.
Manage and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed according to the approved schedule.
Inspect materials and executed works to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding materials, deliveries, and execution requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
Monitor material consumption, site expenses, and labor productivity.
Identify and report technical issues and execution challenges, proposing practical solutions.
Coordinate with the technical office and management to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper finishing details before client handover.
Ensure that all site activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
Prepare snag lists and follow up on all required corrections before final handover.
Requirements
Position: Senior Site Engineer – Interior Finishing
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
3-5 years of practical experience in interior finishing and construction projects.
Proven experience in managing and supervising full finishing projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and execution details.
Previous experience in managing technicians, subcontractors, and site labor teams.
Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of project schedules, BOQs, material quantities, and cost control.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and execution drawings.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Location Requirements:
Must reside in East Cairo.
Preferred locations: New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, Madinaty, El Shorouk, or nearby areas.
Applicants residing in Haram or Giza will not be considered.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid work arrangement.
Regular presence at project sites is required.
Flexibility to move between different project locations.
Additional Requirements:
A practical technical assessment may be required during the recruitment process.
Previous experience with premium residential finishing projects is highly preferred.
A professional attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to represent the company professionally are essential.
