As the face of our brand, you’ll be on the front line delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building connections with customers, and showcasing the creativity that defines us.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the go-to person for customers - from friendly chats to product demos that wow.
- Turn browsers into buyers by hitting sales goals and celebrating team wins.
- Keep things running smooth - process sales with ease and know your products inside out.
- Make the store shine with eye-catching displays and a clean, organised vibe.
- Stay on top of stock - help with deliveries, restocks, and keeping shelves full.
- Solve problems with a smile - whether it’s questions, returns, or special requests.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year retail experience.
- Confident communicator with strong English skills.
- Flexible with shifts and availability to support all stores within a state.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who collaborates and supports others.
- Proactive, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Keen eye for creating authentic, on-brand content tailored for social media.
