About the team
The Global Marketing Hub Specialist supports the consistent, efficient and high-quality execution of services delivered through the Marketing Hub. The role drives delivery excellence, performance visibility, continuous improvement and operational discipline across Hub activities.
Key Tasks
- Drive delivery excellence through monitoring quality, timeliness, responsiveness and service expectations.
- Maintain KPIs, dashboards, service reporting and action trackers.
- Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis to address performance gaps.
- Lead process improvement, standardization, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare governance reviews, track risks, actions and decisions to closure.
- Act as coordination point for operational escalations and monthly cost reporting.
- Support onboarding of new services, activities and markets.
- Track value realization and identify opportunities for scalable improvements.
Experience required
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Shared Services, Business Operations, Service Delivery or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with KPI, dashboard and reporting experience.
- Expertise in structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with global teams, agencies or outsourced service providers.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or workflow automation is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost, quality and efficiency drivers.
