Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe IT, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Support IT pour assurer le support aux utilisateurs et contribuer à la résolution des incidents techniques.

 

 

Vos missions

  • Assurer le support de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés aux postes de travail
  • Intervenir sur des problématiques Hardware et software
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques
  • Identifier l'origine de bugs ou dysfonctionnements sous Windows
  • Escalader les incidents plus complexes lorsque nécessaire
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'environnement IT

 

Votre profil

  • Diplôme en informatique ou formation équivalente
  • Première expérience en support IT appréciée, mais profil junior accepté
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'environnement Windows
  • Connaissances en Hardware, postes de travail et périphériques
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques
  • Curiosité, autonomie et bon sens du troubleshooting
  • Bon relationnel et sens du service
  • Langues : Français, Anglais
