Job Overview: We are excited to offer internship opportunities for motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic team. This internship program is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of our business and industry, fostering personal and professional growth.

Position: Internship

Module: Commercial Admin or Marketing

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Admin Intern:

1. Office management:

• Ensure enough office supplies inclusive pantry and stationery stock.
• Involves in office enhancements projects.

2. Project/Contract Creation & Maintenance

• Create and administer cbs internal & external project creation (SAP).

3. Managing customer invoices:

• Prepare and submit milestone relevant sales document such as acceptance certificates and approved timesheet.
• Prepare and submit invoice to customers.
• Follow up with customer on outstanding payments.

4. Claims & Expenses

• Check and approve claims and travelling expenses.

5. Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.

• Registration and on-boarding of partners.
• cbs internal and external vendor registration.
• Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners.

Key Responsibilities for Marketing Intern:

• Assist in prospecting new leads through online research, databases, and tools like LinkedIn or CRM platforms.

• Support the inside sales team in managing and updating the sales pipeline.

• Conduct initial outreach via email or phone to qualify leads and set up meetings for sales representatives.

• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,).

• Follow up on leads and previous contacts to nurture opportunities.

• Assist in tracking KPIs, generating reports, and analyzing sales performance data.

• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts.

• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and gain insights into B2B/B2C sales strategies.

Requirements

Requirements for Commercial Admin Intern:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent knowledge in MS Office

• Eloquent and fluent in English, Chinese is an added advantage

• Soft skills:

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask daily workload

• Being able to handle confidential matters

• Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork

Requirements for Marketing Intern:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field. (Candidate must be able to provide Internship Placement letter from the University)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with potential clients over phone/email.

• Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer relationship management.

• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, or CRM software is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment.
