Leasing - Analyst

• Prepare and analyze leasing performance reports and dashboards

• Monitor occupancy, rental income, rental rates, and tenant performance

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking

• Analyze tenant and leasing data to identify opportunities and risks

• Support leasing strategy, business planning, and new leasing opportunities

• Provide data and analysis to support leasing decisions and negotiations

• Prepare reports and presentations for management

• Work closely with Finance, Property Management, Marketing, and other relevant departments

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in leasing, real estate, finance, or business analysis is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Preferred: Power BI or other data visualization experience; knowledge of commercial real estate/leasing
