AI / ML Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Lead who can both build and lead. This is a role for someone who can define the technical vision for AI/ML while actively contributing to the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI/ML team.
• Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy.
• Drive technical excellence and establish best practices across AI engineering and model development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.

AI/ML Development and Delivery:

• Architect, build, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Design and implement forecasting, predictive analytics, and machine learning models.
• Translate business problems into deployable AI solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives with ownership of timelines, quality, and execution.

MLOps and Platform Engineering:

• Drive best practices across the complete ML lifecycle, including MLOps, CI/CD for ML, Model deployment and monitoring, Governance and compliance,
• Build robust, cloud-native AI architectures capable of operating at scale.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning and time-series forecasting.
• Experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices, including testing, code reviews, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex AI initiatives in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
