Missions

  • Définir le schéma directeur SI & Digital, formaliser la vision stratégique, cadrer la feuille de route et décliner en portefeuille de projets SI et Digitaux.
  • Organiser et gouverner la DSI, analyser et construire des modèles opérationnels IT et digitaux, benchmark par rapport aux best practices du marché.
  • Professionnaliser les services, audits de maturité et design/optimisation des processus IT (ITIL), construire des catalogues de services.
