Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor compliance across gold trading, wholesale, retail, cash handling, and customer transactions.
- Identify, assess, and report compliance risks and violations.
- Conduct compliance reviews and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees.
- Liaise with management, auditors, regulators, and relevant authorities when required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant compliance, risk, legal, banking, financial services, or trading experience.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, independence, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Experience in gold, jewelry, banking, financial services, or commodities is highly preferred.
