Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee wholesale, retail, trading, and daily operations.
- Drive revenue, profitability, efficiency, and business growth.
- Strengthen gold inventory, cash, pricing, and internal controls.
- Ensure high standards of compliance, risk management, security, and operational discipline.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Improve systems, processes, technology, and customer experience.
- Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
- Support expansion of CHHAYVANN’s market presence across Cambodia.

- 5+ years of management experience, with senior leadership role.
- Strong background in operations, trading, retail, finance, or commercial management.
- Experience in gold, precious metals, jewelry, banking, commodities, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and discretion.
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian business environment.
