Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various technology teams regularly to obtain their compliance data that will be used for compliance reporting.
• Review our compliance data for completeness and accuracy.
• Track patching, security hardening, and password compliance remediation progress with target dates in monthly reports.
• Receive, review, and collate reports from multiple platforms into the executive consumable dashboard.
• Participate in biweekly platform management meetings and governance meetings; document and publish minutes for all governance meetings.
• Maintain appropriate artifacts to support governance processes and audits.
• Continuously maintain our governance dashboards with the overall status of non-compliance that includes assessed operational risk.
• Participate in technology governance project work as required.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in technology governance methodologies.

Cross-Functional Relationship:

• Collaborates with business units, cross-functional teams, and risk management to ensure accurate and timely provisioning.
• Coordinates with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of access requests.
• Provides advisory and support services to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience with technology governance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with ServiceNow.
• Proficient in technology, governance automation, and AI integration.
• Experience with PowerShell and Power BI scripting.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in application access.
