New Product Introduction Engineer (NPI)

We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer who will be responsible for introducing new products into manufacturing and ensuring a smooth transition to mass production. In this role, you will oversee process readiness and yield performance across all stages of the product build cycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful product ramp ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EVT, DVT, and PVT builds from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain process flows, work instructions, and manufacturing setups for new product introductions
• Identify process risks and drive continuous process improvements throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitor yield and performance metrics during production ramp, taking corrective action where necessary
• Coordinate with Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and readiness at each building phase
• Manage the transition of new products into mass production, ensuring all process and quality requirements are met

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of NPI experience
• Solid understanding of manufacturing process flows
• Hands-on experience across EVT, DVT, and PVT builds phases
• Demonstrated experience in process development, validation, and risk assessment
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Effective cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work across design, manufacturing, test, and quality teams
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving ability, particularly in identifying and resolving process-related issues during product ramp up.
