Marketing Analytics Analyst (1-Year Renewable Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Analyst who will be responsible for supporting digital marketing projects coordination across multiple markets in Asia. In this role, you will work alongside regional and country marketing teams, analytics, operations, agencies, and technology partners to gather requirements, maintain documentation, and ensure structured follow-through on deliverables - with a focus in their regional marketing enablement projects.

This is a 1 year renewable contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing efforts across assigned markets in Asia, consolidating inputs from country teams and ensuring timely delivery against agreed priorities
• Gather and document business requirements, scope, assumptions and dependencies from regional and market stakeholders
• Facilitate working sessions, capture meeting notes, maintain action trackers, and confirm owners, timelines, and next steps
• Prepare process maps, workflow documentation, data requirement templates, and operating model summaries
• Review data, identify basic trends or gaps, and prepare dashboard summaries and commentary to support business reviews
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and decision points; escalate to regional leads or project owners where required
• Prepare concise reports, slides, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and required actions
• Document pain points and consolidate feedback to support the preparation of recommended solutions for review

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, Marketing Operations Analyst, or similar role involving stakeholder coordination, documentation, and business analysis
• Possess proven experience supporting regional or multi-market initiatives in digital marketing, lead management, CRM, analytics, customer journeys, or marketing operations
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; working knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Experience with project management practices, Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or similar tools.
• Possess an ability to work across markets and functions, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and build effective working relationships
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-moving regional environment
