Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer who will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining test processes and systems. In this role, you will ensure accurate product validation, stable test performance, and high test yield across production lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain test processes and systems, covering functional testing, performance validation, and calibration procedures
• Perform and analyze key test parameters
• Troubleshoot and resolve test failures, correlation issues, and equipment-related problems
• Establish and maintain test specifications, calibration standards, and test procedures
• Ensure proper test station calibration and correlation across production lines
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test development, validation, and qualification
• Optimize test efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce test costs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of electrical test principles, including eye diagram analysis, Bit Error Rate (BER), jitter measurement
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as Digital Communication Analyzer (DCA), Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT)
• Knowledge of test calibration and correlation methods, as well as test system architecture and automation
• Understanding of manufacturing flow from SMT through to Test
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented, data-driven approach
• Effective cross-functional communication skills
