Business Development Representative
About the Role
You will join a small, fast growing go to market team focused on bringing AI into wholesale distribution. This role sits in a practical, growth oriented environment where you will help shape how we sell to an underserved industry and gain early exposure to company building and cross functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
Own the prospecting pipeline end to end from initial outreach to close via phone, email and social channels with wholesale decision makers.
Test and optimize outbound and inbound lead generation, iterating quickly and cutting what doesn't work.
Develop deep product and market knowledge to persuade customers rather than simply pitch.
Research B2B prospects independently and create sales materials and presentations that land.
Write and refine call scripts and templates and share learnings through internal trainings.
Leverage AI tools to move faster and experiment with new approaches.
Take early ownership in a post seed company, shaping messaging, GTM strategy and customer facing processes.
What We're Looking For
Initial hands on experience in SaaS sales and outbound prospecting via phone, email and social channels
Ability to independently research B2B prospects and create compelling sales materials, presentations, scripts and templates
Customer facing persuasion skills, reliability, resilience and goal orientation
Tech savvy and interest in AI enabled sales workflows
Early career individual contributor with suitable seniority for hands on execution
Fluent in German and English written and verbal
