Founders Associate

About the Role

This is a Founders Associate role at an early-stage healthtech startup building a leading GLP-1 platform in Europe. You will work directly alongside the founding team, operating across strategy, operations, and execution to help scale the business from the ground up. The role is high-impact and highly generalist, making it ideal for someone who thrives in lean, fast-moving environments.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operational projects that directly drive company growth and efficiency.

• Build processes and automations to eliminate repetitive manual work across the organization.

• Support cross-functional initiatives spanning product, commercial, and clinical operations.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions as the team grows.

• Contribute to strategic planning and execution alongside founders.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 6 years of experience in operational, business development, or general management roles with measurable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to build and implement processes, workflows, or automations that reduce manual work or improve efficiency.

• Experience working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of ownership and comfort in ambiguity.

• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) or basic scripting is a plus.

• Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is 55,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, depending on experience.

Location

This role is fully on-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
