What You'll Do
Speak with customers and turn their needs into product direction and system architecture.
Build full-stack features that combine user interfaces with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of AI features in production.
Turn early prototypes into robust systems, balancing delivery speed with maintainability and scale.
Contribute to technical vision and product strategy through hands-on engineering.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience building and shipping production full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong React skills and recent hands-on experience building AI products in an early-stage or founding environment.
Production experience with LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context management, and error recovery.
Experience with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, vector stores, embedding pipelines, and structured data validation or evaluation.
Hands-on experience designing MongoDB schemas, including attention to query performance and flexibility.
Experience with distributed systems and serverless infrastructure, including concurrency and failure handling.
Familiarity with observability tools, metrics, and tracing for debugging production issues across asynchronous workflows.
A track record of owning technical projects from architecture through delivery and iteration based on user feedback.
