About the Role
Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will shape the core interface and workflows that help operations teams review and act on AI-generated work with clarity and confidence.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns.
Create interfaces that connect users with AI agents and data sources.
Build human review, approval, and action flows for agent outputs.
Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to improve the product.
What We're Looking For
One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, including communicating trust and clarity through interface design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions.
Familiarity with private markets or financial operations is helpful.
Comfort working closely with a small team and iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
