About the Role
Join a small team at an AI-powered recruiting startup as a working student supporting strategy and operations. Your analysis and communication will help inform business decisions and day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Analyze business information using spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
Create presentations and clear written reports to communicate findings.
Collaborate with teammates using remote communication and cloud file-sharing tools.
Handle company information responsibly and follow data privacy and confidentiality practices.
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and eligible to work as a student employee while studying.
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business analysis.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and deliver presentations.
Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and cloud storage such as Google Drive or SharePoint.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as spreadsheet charts, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is helpful.
