The Administrative Program Coordinator will function as a liaison and an administrative,technicaland operational resource for the Director and Nurse Managers in the Emergency Department at Indian River Hospital. In this role, youassistthe director with projects and daily tasks as well as coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.You will support the department's leadership in driving improvements,monitoringcurrentpracticesand collaborating onidentifyinginpatient needs. On this team, you will have access to various growth opportunities withinClevelandClinic.

APRNcaregiver in this position worksvaryingdays from 8:00AM - 4:00PM

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.

  • Update,monitorand manage databases.

  • Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.

  • Analyze project improvement and progress.

  • Report discrepancies and variances.

  • Coordinate project prioritization andassistwith policy and initiative implementation.

  • Assistwith scheduling, coordination,preparationand communication of meetings.

  • Attend meetings and record key outcomes.

  • Support all office administrative functions.

  • Develop andmaintainupdates.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate’s Degree

  • Two years of administrative experience

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree

  • Multitasking and critical thinking skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field

  • Experience working in healthcare or related organization

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
