As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will independently manage moderately complex compensation initiatives focused on job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, survey participation, and overall compensation analysis. In this role, you will help develop consistent and equitable pay programs, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain market competitiveness across relevant labor markets, with additional focus on Executive Compensation, Incentive Programs, and International Compensation. You will work across several specialized areas, including the Mission Impact Plan, physician compensation for caregiver office populations with mixed administrative and clinical responsibilities, and international compensation review.

A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

This role prefers candidates who reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Collaborate with Human Resource Services, Talent Acquisition and management across the organization to identify/resolve compensation-related initiatives and issues for assigned client groups.

  • Review/approve organizational transactions relative to reclassifications, special equities, promotions/demotions, etc., to ensure accurate and consistent salary administration.

  • Research and evaluate new or changing compensation practices and policies.

  • Perform audits of various compensation programs and the application of the programs to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines.

  • Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.

  • Participate in compensation projects and initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

  • OR six years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience

  • Two years of Compensation experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification

  • Experience with Executive Compensation

  • Experience with incentive plans and programs

  • Experience with International Compensation

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system and, in some locations, off-site.
