** Onsite Mon-Fri** MRT Lumpini** 12 months contract- Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases)- Translate requirements into system specs, APIs, and data mappings- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system integrations- Coordinate with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams- Support testing, defect resolution, and ensure requirement alignment- Lead and mentor team members while supporting planning and estimation

Qualifications

3-4+ years of experience in Business Analyst.
Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English (verbal and written).
Strong technical problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
