Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
- Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application and infrastructure deployments.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.
- Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot performance, availability, and reliability issues.
- Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM, VPC, security groups, encryption, and access controls.
- Work with development and DevOps teams to improve application deployment and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability across cloud environments.
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Good experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, ELB/ALB.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, routing, and firewalls.
Good to Have :
- Experience with AWS EKS and production Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of Helm, ArgoCD, or other Kubernetes deployment tools.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Knowledge of Ansible or other configuration management tools.
- Understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with Python or Bash scripting.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator would be an advantage.
