We are looking for experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record in outbound B2B sales to secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers.

What You’ll Do
Own your pipeline. Drive results. Create opportunities.
- Conduct outbound B2B calls (cold, warm & targeted prospecting)
- Engage SME decision-makers and uncover real business needs
- Qualify opportunities across telco, AI, hardware, print & security
- Secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Consistently hit KPIs for appointments, show rates, and conversions
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years B2B outbound sales / appointment setting experience
- Strong background in lead generation or telesales
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal + comprehension)
- Highly motivated with a results-focused mindset

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and connect with different customer profiles
