Position Overview
The Power BI Developer Level 1 is responsible fordeveloping, publishing, and maintainingthe reporting assets that business leaders and operational teams rely on to run the business day to day. The role covers the full reporting lifecycle, from gathering requirements and interrogating source systems, through to data modelling, dashboard build, and ongoing maintenance of published reports.
This is a hands-on delivery role, but it is not purely a build role. The right person is comfortable questioning the data in front of them, spotting when numbers do not reconcile, and explaining what a result actually means to a stakeholder who does not work with data every day.The reporting produced in this role is used by senior stakeholders to make decisions, so accuracy, clarity, and reliable turnaround matter as much as technical skill.
