Data Analyst - WFH

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Data Analyst to support day-to-day supply chain operations and the data behind them. This role manages purchase orders, serves as a point of contact with our factories, and maintains the master data that keeps our systems and reporting accurate.

KEY SKILLS:

• Create, update, and track purchase orders
• Serve as a point of contact with factories on order status, timelines, and data questions
• Maintain and audit master data (e.g., SKUs, customers, vendors) to ensure accurate, consistent reporting across systems
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and cross-functional partners
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory levels, fill rate) and support improvement initiatives

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven or reporting role, ideally in supply chain or operations
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and/or working with suppliers or factories
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
• Experience with master data management (e.g., SKU, customer, and vendor records), including maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and governance in an ERP system such as NetSuite
• Certifications in data management or database technologies are preferred.
