Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Bangalore, you will serve as the technical backbone for our enterprise-grade CRM ecosystem. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to solve complex business challenges.

- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in development to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party enterprise systems and internal APIs to create a seamless data flow.

- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations by identifying bottlenecks and refactoring legacy code.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing and developing complex solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch classes, and Scheduled jobs.

- Proven ability to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong proficiency in managing Salesforce data models, security configurations, and governor limits.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset suited for a hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
