Role: B2B Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative
Monthly Rate: $1250-1600/month
Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

3⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video - Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements
Experience Needed:
- Runs a cold outbound, phone-based role focused on calling prospects and booking appointments
- Builds their own lead lists and prospects independently
- Manages all of the outbound appointment setting end to end
- Sets in-person appointments and on-site walkthroughs for the account executive to meet with prospects
- Executes cold email sequencing and LinkedIn outreach alongside calling
- Communicates clearly and professionally with prospects
- Writes proposals as a secondary task once the pipeline generates qualified leads
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of appointment setting
Good to have:
- Excellent, clear spoken English suited for a phone-heavy role
- Resourceful and works as an independent operator with minimal oversight
- Proactive mindset that suggests and improves on existing processes
- Strong organizational skills, including self-tracking of calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to draft targeted outreach and sales copy by industry
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- 5 years of cold calling, prospecting, and appointment-setting experience
- Proven track record of setting in-person appointments, with a target of roughly 3 per week
- Proven experience building lead lists across platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
