GenAI Data Scientist

We’re looking for a skilled GenAI Senior Data Scientist. As a GenAI Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be responsible for translating product requirements into AI problems, architecting agentic and GenAI systems, and developing AI-driven solutions from data analysis and model design through to production. You’ll workacross the full AI lifecycle, combining strong Machine Learning expertise with hands-on GenAI experience to build, scale and optimize AI applications.

You will be joining a fast-growing GameTech project, among the largest and most innovative in the world, active in 19 international markets and counting. Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into AI problems and identify areas where AI can drive business impact.
• Analyze data to uncover significant patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Architect and develop agentic and GenAI systems.

  Select appropriate models for different tasks and optimize their performance.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to support the modeling process.
• Apply best practices in model selection, parameter tuning, and optimization.
• Run comparative experiments for model training.

  Analyze Machine Learning metrics to evaluate and compare potential solutions.

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI features, from data collection and model design to implementation and optimization in production.

  Scale and optimize AI applications to support production environments.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting the delivery of complex projects.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering AI-driven products to production.
• Experience scaling and optimizing AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and related theory.
• Good knowledge of the Python Machine Learning ecosystem.
• Solid Software Engineering background with Object-Oriented
• Programming (OOP) experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark / PySpark.
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally Azure / Databricks.
• Previous experience with LLM fine-tuning.
• Previous experience with LLM serving.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning.
