AI Engineer

We are looking for an innovative and hands-onAI Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions that leverage AI and automation to solve real business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, build scalable AI-powered applications, andintegrate them into enterprise systems and workflows. You will be joining a large-scale AI & Automation project, focused on accelerating digital transformation through the adoption of innovative artificial intelligence solutions across core business functions. Our partner is a leading telecommunications provider, continuously investing in emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, automate business processes, and improve both customer and employee experiences. The team is collaborative, innovation-driven, and business-oriented, working with modern AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions that support critical operations and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions, including conversational AI, predictive models, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Perform the identification and refinement of high-value AI use cases in collaboration with business units (e.g., Network Operations, Customer Service, IT, Commercial).
• Provide end-to-end solution delivery, from proof of concept through to production deployment and optimization.
• Architect and implement integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing, network systems).
• Ensure reliability and performance of AI models through monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Apply best practices in MLOps, data engineering, and software development to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in programming (e.g., Python) and understanding of software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including exposure to LLMs and automation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and integrating AI services into enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and data privacy principles in enterprise environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with MLOps frameworks and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with telecom systems (OSS/BSS, network data, customer platforms).
• Exposure to automation tools (Power Platform, UiPath, etc.).
• Knowledge of data architecture or data engineering practices.
