Management Consultant

We are looking for a Management Consultant with strong analytical, problem-solving, and business strategy skills to support consulting and transformation projects across different industries. The role involves analysing business challenges, conducting research, identifying improvement opportunities, and presenting practical recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business problems, processes, and operational challenges.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
• Support strategy development and business planning.
• Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Identify process improvement and cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Develop business cases, frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Track project progress, risks, KPIs, and key deliverables.
• Support client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Analysis, Operations, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business strategy and operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, professional presentations and reports.
• Strong stakeholder-management and project-coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with market research, financial analysis, process improvement, or business transformation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to consulting frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience working with client-facing or cross-functional teams.
